What is Great Park Live?
Great Park Live is the City of Irvine’s premier temporary outdoor amphitheater located in the Great Park. Great Park Live officially opened June 14, 2024 and now is dedicated to provide live music, entertainment, food, and family-friendly activities to the community and surrounding areas.

Is outside food and drink allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Exceptions will be made for dietary restrictions and for baby food with prior approval from venue staff. Please email info@greatparklive.com for more information.

Yes, there are restrooms available throughout the venue for guests.

No, but we do offer a wide range of drinks at our concession stands.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website. Visit the Upcoming Events page to purchase tickets.

What is the refund policy for tickets?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is canceled. For more information, please refer to the refund policy on each event sales page.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Depending on the event, a select quantity of tickets may be available for purchase at the box office on event days for events that are not already sold out. Check each event page for the most accurate information regarding “day of” sales.

Is there an age restriction?

Do you allow re-entry?
No, after exiting Great Park Live, re-entry is not permitted.

The amphitheater hosts a variety of events including concerts, family entertainment, food festivals, and cultural performances.

What is your weather policy?
All shows are rain or shine unless otherwise indicated on their event page.

Is seating on a single level or bleachers?
The seating at Great Park Live consists of floor-level seating only for General Admission (GA) and seated floor plans with an ADA raised platform for attendees needing accommodations.
Accessibility at Great Park Live
Great Park Live is committed to providing accessible seating for our guests needing specific accommodations, ensuring that wheelchair-accessible locations are reserved for guests who require such accommodations.
Guests purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to two (2) additional seats for their companions in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats are not available because they have already been sold, Great Park Live will offer other seats as close to the accessible seats as possible.
Accessible seating is available for those with mobility disabilities who require accomodations. This includes individuals who use wheelchairs, other mobility devices, or those unable to climb steps or walk long distances due to significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions. Individuals who cannot sit in a straight-back chair or whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle are also eligible to purchase accessible seats.

Is the amphitheater accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, Great Park Live Amphitheater is fully accessible. We offer designated seating, restrooms, and parking for guests with disabilities. Please email info@greatparklive.com if you have any additional accessibility requirements, and we will gladly assist with any requests.

Are service animals allowed?
Yes, only service animals are welcome at the amphitheater. Please ensure they are on a leash and under control at all times. Great Park Live has a strict no-pets policy. The no-pets policy applies to all events hosted by our venue. Please ensure that you make alternative arrangements for your pet before attending any event.

Is first aid available?
Great Park Live has first responder personnel onsite for all events and they can be found adjacent to the main entrance.

What items are prohibited at the amphitheater?
Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, large bags, outside food and drinks, and more. For a full list of prohibited items, please see our Venue Policies and Guest Code of Conduct.

Can I smoke at the amphitheater?
Smoking is prohibited at Great Park Live and the Great Park.

Are there designated smoking areas available?
No, the venue is entirely smoke-free. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside of the Great Park premises, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Does the no-smoking policy apply to electronic cigarettes and vaping devices?
Yes, the no-smoking policy includes the use of electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other smoking-related products. These devices are also prohibited to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

Can I bring my camera to events?
Personal cameras and smartphones are generally permitted. Professional cameras with detachable lenses or external zoom lenses and recording equipment are not allowed without prior approval from Great Park Live staff. To submit an inquiry for media access, please contact info@greatparklive.com.

Are strollers and wagons allowed at Great Park Live?
Strollers and wagons are prohibited at all commercial events at Great Park Live to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. However, strollers are welcome at community events, such as Irvine Nights. We encourage guests to plan accordingly based on the type of event they are attending. If you have any questions regarding if your stroller is allowed at a specific event, please contact info@greatparklive.com

Can I bring my own chair for the concert?
No, outside furniture is prohibited. Reserved seating is available for purchase for shows via their ticketing links. If you require ADA accommodations, please contact info@greatparklive.com

You will have access to the GA lawn area located behind reserved seating areas. Refer to the map on each event page for more information.
