These Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all events hosted by PSQ Productions, LLC [and the City of Irvine?] at Great Park Live (each, an “Event”). Please read these Terms carefully prior to purchasing tickets for an Event or attending any Event.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND PSQ PRODUCTIONS, LLC ARE RESOLVED, WHICH INCLUDES AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. PLEASE READ ALL THESE PROVISIONS BEFORE PURCHASE A TICKET OR ATTENDING AN EVENT.
General
By purchasing a ticket to an Event or attending an Event, you agree on your behalf, and on behalf of any entity or person on whose behalf you are purchasing a ticket, to abide by these Terms. Your agreement to these Terms is a condition of being granted entry to the Event.
Events hosted by PSQ are also governed by Tixr’s Terms of Use, which are available here: https://www.tixr.com/termsofservice.
Bag Policy
• Small clutch bags (maximum size 4.5” x 6.5”) are permitted and DO NOT need to be made of clear material.
• All bags larger than 4.5” x 6.5” must be a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC material, and cannot exceed 12”H x 12”W x 6”D.
• Guests who require a larger bag for medical or baby supplies may bring one (1) bag, no larger than 12”H x 12”W x 6”D, that is not clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC material, but it must go through additional security screening.
• Large or oversized bags, backpacks, luggage, duffle bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpack, or anything larger than 12”H x 12”W x 6”D will NOT be permitted.
Food and Beverage Policy
• No open containers of any kind
• No outside food or beverages
• No Camelbacks/water backpacks
• Guests may bring one (1) bottle of water. The water cannot be frozen. The bottle must be a factory-sealed, plastic bottle no larger than 16.9 oz.
• Guests with dietary restrictions, or who wish to bring baby food into Great Park Live, may contact venue staff for approval to bring in outside food. Please email info@greatparklive.com. If approved, the outside food must be in a clear, one-gallon plastic zipper bag.
Allowed Items
• Guests may bring the following items into the venue:
• Personal-sized, battery-powered fans without misters
• Hats, so long as they are removed prior to the start of the Event as a courtesy to other guests
• Lap blankets for personal use only. Blankets cannot be larger than 45” x 55”.
• Fabric seat cushions
• Empty, refillable water bottles
• Binoculars
Prohibited Items
• Guests may not bring the following items into the venue:
• Aerosols, such as hairspray or sunscreen
• Alcohol
• Animals, except service animals
• Banners or signs larger than 8.5” x 11”
• Chairs of any kind
• Clothing associated with any known gang
• Coolers or ice chests of any kind
• Fireworks
• Illegal drugs and substances
• Laser pointers
• Noisemaking devices (whistles, air horns, cowbells, etc.)
• Offensive clothing
• Outside food of any kind
• Professional camera with detachable lenses or external zoom lenses
• Recreational equipment, including beach balls, balloons, and Frisbees
• Remote-controlled flying devices, such as drones
• Skateboards, skates, bikes, scooters, etc.
• Spray bottles or misting fans
• Tripods
• Umbrellas
• Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, promotions, samples, or giveaways
• Video cameras, including Go Pros
• Wallets with chain or chain accessories
• Weapons and sharp objects of any kind, including studded or spiked bracelets and large metal keychains
Strollers and Wagons
• Strollers and wagons are prohibited at all commercial events at Great Park Live to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. However, strollers and wagons are welcome at community events, such as Irvine Nights. We encourage guests to plan accordingly based on the type of event they are attending.

Prohibited Conduct
• The following conduct is prohibited and may result in your removal from an Event:
• Disruptive, inconsiderate, or unruly behavior
• The use of abusive, offensive, or obscene language and gestures, whether spoken or appearing on apparel
• Threats or acts of violence, including fighting, taunting, and throwing objects
• Hate speech
• Discriminatory words or actions
• Alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
• Smoking or vaping of any kind
• Unauthorized commercial activity
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PSQ Productions, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, clients, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses relating to or arising from (i) your attendance at an Event, (ii) your violation of these Terms, (iii) your violation of any law or regulation at an Event.
Limitation of Liability
PSQ PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AGGRAVATED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, YOU AGREE THAT THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PSQ PRODUCTIONS, LLC FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION RELATING TO YOUR ATTENDANCE AT AN EVENT WILL BE $500.
