Community Events – Guest Policies

Great Park Live welcomes guests of all ages to enjoy our community events and cultural celebrations. To provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before attending.

What Is Allowed

• Backpacks and Bags: Standard backpacks and bags up to 24″ × 15″ × 18″ are permitted. Clear bags are not required. All bags are subject to security inspection upon entry.
• Beverages: One factory-sealed bottle of water per person is permitted. Empty reusable water bottles and canteens are allowed. Baby formula is also permitted.
• Outside Snacks: Baby food, and food required for medical or dietary needs are permitted.
• Service Animals: Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
• Umbrellas: Personal-size umbrellas intended for individual shade coverage are permitted.
• Strollers and Wagons: Strollers and family wagons are welcome and subject to security inspection.
• Chairs and Blankets: Low-profile chairs and blankets are permitted in designated areas only.
• Personal Electronics: Cell phones, personal cameras, tablets, and laptops are permitted.

What Is Prohibited

• Outside Food: Outside meals and food deliveries are prohibited, except for baby food, and medical or dietary needs.
• Alcohol: Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
• Glass Containers: Glass bottles and containers are prohibited, except where medically necessary.
• Weapons and Sharp Objects: Firearms, knives, scissors, box cutters, and other weapons or dangerous sharp objects are prohibited, subject to applicable law.
• Restricted Equipment: Drones, laser pointers, professional recording equipment, tripods, and other unauthorized equipment that may interfere with event operations are prohibited.
• Recreational Devices: Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, inline skates, hoverboards, and shoes with built-in wheels are prohibited within event areas. Mobility devices used by individuals with disabilities are permitted.
• Tents and Structures: Pop-up tents, canopies, and other temporary shade structures are prohibited unless authorized by event management.

Additional Information

All guests and personal belongings are subject to security screening upon entry.

Great Park Live reserves the right to establish additional event-specific restrictions based on anticipated attendance, event activities, weather conditions, and public safety requirements. Any restrictions will be implemented in accordance with applicable laws, including accessibility requirements.
