Submitting an application DOES NOT GUARANTEE participation.  IF SELECTED FOR PARTICIPATION:

  • Approved vendors will receive an email with next steps after receiving your application. Please double check the SPAM folder. 

  • Pricing packages will be sent upon approval of your application. 


I submitted the application, what should I expect?

After submitting your application, please keep in mind that we receive a high volume of applications and may not be able to respond to all of them. If your application is approved, you can expect to receive an email with further instructions within 1-2 weeks. We recommend checking your spam folder as well, just in case our email ends up there.

How many people am I servicing? 

Please be prepared with inventory and food services to handle a crowd of 5k - 8k or more. 

How much does a space cost?

The cost of the space varies depending on the event and category type. We provide pricing packages once your application (mentioned above) is approved. Please note that the prices are subject to change.

When do vendor signups start?

Vendor applications are open for submissions year-round. We keep a collection on file for the year and may reach out to you for other event opportunities.
